How to add custom fields

  1. Log in to your CRM Account
  2. Go to your Settings from the tabs on the left
  3. Click on Custom Fields
  4. On top you’ll see different options for what type of field you want to use.
  5. +TEXT – will let you add a text field
  6. +NUMBER – will let you add a number field
  7. +PHONE – will let you add a phone number field
  8. Fields that require a number of choices, example +CHECKBOX and/or +RADIO – will let you add different dropdown options
  9. USE the format Values1|Values2|Values3 for the fields
  10. In line with the custom fields on the far right, make sure to click on ACTIVATE.
