How to add custom fields

- Log in to your CRM Account
- Go to your Settings from the tabs on the left
- Click on Custom Fields
- On top you’ll see different options for what type of field you want to use.
- +TEXT – will let you add a text field
- +NUMBER – will let you add a number field
- +PHONE – will let you add a phone number field
- Fields that require a number of choices, example +CHECKBOX and/or +RADIO – will let you add different dropdown options
- USE the format Values1|Values2|Values3 for the fields
- In line with the custom fields on the far right, make sure to click on ACTIVATE.
