How to turn off call forwarding

Log in to your CRM Account

  1. Go to your Settings from the tabs on the left
  2. Click on Phone Settings
  3. You are by default viewing your Virtual Number(s)
  4. From the tabs on top, click on “dialer”
  5. Click on the circle icon beside the “OFF”
  6. Save the dialer Settings
